• Sales are prepaid. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Credit Card sales are only accepted for orders originating in one of the 50 states of the United States and for APO billing addresses.
• Non-continental United States orders (i.e. International orders) will require alternate forms of payment, preferably wire transfer. Upon order receipt, you will be notified of the details in how to proceed with payment.
• All sales are F.O.B. Rochester, NY or factory.
• UCC and Personal Guarantee forms may be required on purchases.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Volume discounts are available. Please call us for more information.

Shipping Information

• On-line orders will not originally include shipping and handling charges. Those charges will be added after receipt of order, and you will be notified of charges prior to shipment.

Taxes

• Orders shipping to New York State will be assessed New York State Stales Tax.

Return Policy

• There will be a 15% re-stocking fee charged for each returned item.
• You must obtain a Return Authorization Number from ARC prior to returning any product.
• Freight Charges will not be refunded.
